"This isn't my usual nail salon for pedicures but I was in the area and wanted to to try a new place out. Upon arriving to the salon the place is very clean and staff is very welcoming. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and I enjoyed talking to her. I asked for white french tips and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she had a very hard time performing what I wanted and I asked if someone else was available who knew how to do French tips and she said everyone was busy. So I ended up asking her if we could just do one solid color instead and when she drilled the polish off she was rough and nicked my toe. When polishing I had to ask several times if she could clean the polish up around my cuticles and she didn't, overall the polish is just sloppy and I'm very disappointed. As a paying customer I feel she should've asked someone to help or tried to do what I wanted. I would never let a customer leave with polish like this and see that they're upset."
