"This review is overdue, but I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Emily. I made a last minute appointment here for a color even though I'd never been, because a different salon had unfortunately done some damage to my hair by doing brown dye in my roots and un-toned bleach throughout (close up pic) and they weren't available fast enough for a correction appointment. I knew I wasn't going to be able to achieve the color I had originally wanted so I was just hoping to make it look better. Emily definitely exceeded my expectations. She took a ton of time talking me through what we could do, asked what my thoughts were and how I felt throughout the process, and fixed my hair way more than I anticipated without causing any damage. She made the blonde much softer and was able to correct the mis-matched dark roots. I sincerely appreciated how kind and patient she was, and even though the appointment took longer than expected due to the stubborn dye in my hair, she never once rushed me and the other stylists who were there at the time jumped in to assist. As if that wasn't enough, the pricing was also super affordable. I really felt prioritized by Emily and the stylists here, and I can't wait until my next appointment!"
