"Have sat with Liz 3 times now, she is fantastic and every time she delivers exactly the haircut I ask d for and expected. I believe she looks at the haircut as she goes thinking would I want to be seen with this person when they are asked who cuts your hair. Liz is very personable and makes you feel like your friend is cutting your hair."

"This place is absolutely terrible. Came in for a simple haircut and the lady who cut my hair seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She said she had 25 years of experience or something. Yeah that was a joke. Not only did she cut parts of my hair I specifically told her NOT to cut. What she did will likely take at least 5 years to come back from. I normally go to Floyd’s and I wish I would’ve because it literally cheaper to and they actually know what they are doing. Oh not to mention that they don’t sanitize the clippers after each customer? That is so disgusting. This place is a joke. Wish I could give 0 stars."

"Came in to great clips for the first time in 10 years, I was hoping to get a haircut for my partner and I since Floyd’s was busy. Little did I know I had walked into a nightmare. My partner and I both have undercuts, we get them trimmed up every couple weeks. Simple enough? NOPE! Laurie? An older woman had messed up my partners lining and took off pieces of her long curly hair. The undercut has hair less than an inch, so she went into my partner long hair, and moved the line up without being asked. My partner is sad and I’m furious.. to add insult to injury, what costs 20$ at Floyd’s, ended up costing 64$ at great clips? Save yourself the trouble, and save your self image, walk across the streets to Floyd’s, cheaper, better service, and they will actually not mess up you and your loved ones hair. Appalling…"

"We use to love this Great Clips. My husband and kids have gone two stylists. The young woman is great, does a really good job. The older woman (Laurie?) is horrible. Every haircut has been uneven, with up to an inch difference on each side."

"I’m a 29 year old and have been looking for a great haircut my whole life. I’ve gone to super, great, Floyd’s, High end places that charge $60+. I have never felt more taken care of and comfortable getting a hair cut until I got it cut from Amanda AKA Panda. She treated my hair like an art sculpture. She was pretending like I was being entered into a hair competition it felt like. Even the trick she uses to Clíp the neck tie and black cover is unique and comfortable. 10/10. Definitely going back. Ask for Amanda!!"
