"50 dollars for a bad time! First I waited 30 minutes passed a booked appointment. Then I was told they could do the clear on light pick nails (reference photo included). Once covered in darker pink powder-I wanted gel, I was passed off to another gentleman, who said he couldn’t do the style. He created this awful shape. I barely have any acrylic on the sides of my nails. I also have chunks of nail shavings trapped under my nail. The nails are bending back. The nailbeds are being seriously pulled back. Bad customer service, bad nail shaping, bad experience. I can’t believe the ratings are so high. Included the reference photo and shape."

"Today my appointment was with Vince. Once arrived no one greeted me. Once Vince was ready, was got started. It did not go well. Vince asked me what I wanted I asked full set and pedi. Vince decided I need gel polish although I did not ask for it. Then I asked for regular polish. Vince stated " gel is only $5 more." Which I don't care because I did not ask for it. After doing a rush job on my nails, Vince pass me off to another tech. Which is very rude, because my appointment was with Vince. So my tip for this shop is to BE KIND TO NEW CUSTOMERS AND Don't ASSUME WHAT SERVICE A CUSTOMER MAY WANT..... Next ASK QUESTION...... SIGNED Pauline 12-9-2023"
