"Went to get a drink and cheese curds with my husband. After sitting in the drive thru for 10+ min this kid comes to the window is says, ‘uh, like , I’m sorry but my register isn’t, like, working. I think we’re gonna, like, have to call someone?’ Why do business owners keep leaving their stores in charge by teenagers or morons who don’t know what they’re doing? Almost every fast food place in Falcon is like this!"
"I understand why this place gets bad reviews. The staff just don't care what they are doing. They are slow, and they even put an open condiment package in my bag. The place is dirty, and will not be coming back!"

"I ordered a 12 piece family meal at 5:35 pm on a Tuesday. It took me 5min to get home. The chicken was only warm. It was very dry and over cooked. All the sides came in large family containers but only had three small scoops in each container. They were out of biscuits and substituted them for cookies. I used to think KFC was one of the better restaurants in falcon! I no longer have those thoughts. I won’t be back! I wish them luck."
"This is the nicest KFC I have been to in a while. Modern, clean, and well-maintained. They accept phone payment options, which is always a plus. Like many KFC’s this one is paired with an A&W. No soda water in the fountain which is unfortunate. Seating was nice. Food was good. Some variety in music genre would be good—it was all auto-tuned pop-country music."
