"Unreasonable amount of cheese sauce on my burrito. It wasn't even edible. Drove 52 miles for a freaking furby and got a teen titans Frisbee. Does Sonic even have furby or they just don't give them bc this is the THIRD location I've been to that we didn't get one. Was extremely annoyed bc my total was 26 and change. I had a $20 dollar bill and the rest on my card and I was told you guys don't do that??? Tf?"

"Door dashed an order because we were gifted gift cards. They got our order wrong. When I called, the staff was horrible. They passed the phone off three times to different employees, with no manners and I was just told ‘I don’t know what to do’. They told me to contact corporate. I asked which corporate… door dash or sonic and they said they didn’t know. I was suppose to receive a call back from them or the manager and nothing. And I’m getting no where with door dash"

"We went to our Elizabeth Sonic this morning b4 10:00 a.m. for a happy hour large diet Coke, which is usually $1.07. She said there was no longer a morning happy hour and was going to charge us $3.11 for a large drink. We of course did not go through with the order . We did ask her again if that was the price of a large drink, and she said yes. Has sonic raised its prices in addition to stopping the before 10 AM happy hour? McDonald's will not have our service."

"It's a Sonic. It's like all other Sonics, but this one's mine. Okay, it's not mine, it's just the closest one to me and the one I visited the other day. I won't discuss the food because fast-food is fast-food, but the kids that work there were all exceptionally nice and accommodating when I was being silly. You can't ask for more than that."
