"My boyfriend and I stayed here with our two pups for a trip to the area between Christmas and New Years for 4 nights. The property was clean and staff was friendly. We got a 'deluxe king room' and man was it spacious. The trail behind the property was absolutely perfect for walking the pups. The breakfast provided was chaotic, but good. The ladies that ran breakfast were solo and could certainly use additional help. I give them major props for managing it as well as they did as the hotel was very busy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Location was great, rooms were clean/spacious, staff was friendly, great value and dog friendly!"

"I arrived at 9 and checked in easy enough. I get to my room and it's 65 degrees and I like it at 70 or I feel freezing. No matter what I couldn't get it to budge. I called the front desk and was told to just mess with all the buttons, again. After awhile it's still not working so I go down to the fto t desk and the woman comes to my room to help. The staff was nothing but friendly and tried to fix it. After changing the batteries and cranking it all the way to 90 it blew hot air, for about 5 mins anyway. I didn't bother with it anymore and tried to sleep, but was so cold I couldn't sleep well. At 6 am after it being cranked to 90 all night it was a total of 71. Oddly enough at 7 am it decided to start kind if working again. I tried to lay down and at 830 without a knock housekeeping tried to come in. When I went to the door she just said sorry she was just checking. Like checking what at 830? The hotel was clean and the staff was nice enough but if sleep is your goal, elsewhere may be recommended. When I told the desk of my issues upon checkout I was met with an ok, sorry, which didn't seem to meaningful."

"On check out day, I loaded most of my family's belongings into our car and headed out to breakfast at a restaurant before returning to the hotel to clear out of the room and check out. We returned a full hour before check out time and expected our lease of this room to still be valid. Instead, we returned to find the room torn apart, our various personal items removed, and we were confronted by the housekeeping staff who told us we had no right to be here as we had checked out. This claim, that we had checked out, is absolutely a lie. After demanding entry to the room, a few minutes later the front desk called me and explained that because I had not left a sign on the door, it was MY FAULT that the room was upended over an hour before checkout, and provided no explanation or recourse for the personal items I now must consider as stolen property."

"Upon check in there was a small issue, which was taken care of by the manager on duty. She was quick to get the issue handled as it was a new procedure for them. The room was very clean. My room must have been a little distance from the wifi router as I had poor wifi on both of my devices. The room was on the backside of the hotel and closer to the highway than I would have liked, but nothing that the A/C didn't drowned out. The hotel is also in walking distance to many food places, both fast food and sit down restaurants, along with some shopping."
