"The manager Delores is great! Professional and kind. I could not say how amazing she is. Good at business. She is just the best She is the best because She doesn't call people from her cell phone off company time to talk about a bill like her recent employees. She doesn't do that because it is an invasion of my privacy for you to use my cell number in your personal phone to talk about a bill after you are closed, and extreamly inappropriate. That is why there is a company phone. And if you dont want me to screen your calls, stop doing it to me. I don't care what my status is, my phone number is not for you to use out of that store. Not on a personal cell. Next time I get a cell phone call from anyone there I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Now I will absolutely hang up if it is not Delores."

"Absolutely awful and shady. Will harass you by phone and send delivery drivers to harass in person. Specifically, if you have the membership that still doesn't work. Today I just had it. Was at work and doing other errands, when I get a call from my mom saying that a stranger just went into my ROOM with my kids inside without our permission! Obviously, I called the cops because a stranger went in without my permission. They didn't let me know that someone was going there today. Otherwise I would make arrangements and my kids wouldn't be dealing with this situation. They would often start calling 10 days prior to due date. It also appears that I have been charged 2 late fees every month since beginning of contract and that my membership was a boogus. When you need that month grace they will use that against you! Original contracted due date was 15th of the month.....now shows 1st on both accounts. REALLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! In the end I will end up paying about $5000 for about $2000 worth of merchandise."

"Purchased a washer and dryer set. The communication through the whole process was on point and they were a great company to work with. They are easy to get ahold of, and are extremely professional. I highly recommend!"

"If you buy anything from here good luck getting it fixed, they screen your calls when you try to get ahold of them and when you go into their store the manager hides in the back and doesn’t want to talk to you about it. All together a bad experience, we will not be using them anymore. Know of several other customers getting the same treatment!"

"Delores and Wendy are the absolute best managers I have ever purchased anything from, their customer service is outstanding, fabulous, fantastic, and so very many other wonderful descriptive words I wish I could think of right this moment. I have had a trying couple of years as I'm sure many of you have and they have never questioned me or belittled me, they have even been unpaid therapist, without even expecting it at a moments notice during a phone call. I've never felt more like a person who mattered than I have as a customer of Delores, Wendy and Aaron's."
