"Nice property for a good price, but the landlord treated us horribly. She's a controlling bully that made us feel uncomfortable our entire stay. She lives in the complex so there's no privacy, and yells at tenants from her door step. I always payed my rent on time, and took good care of my unit, yet she would send nasty e-mails threatening to kick me and my little girl out. Lots of other tenants are unhappy with the lady's bad attitude towards her paying customers."

"The housing here is nice and clean. Unfortunately thats the only nice thing here. Due to a VERY bad attitude from the landlord, what seems like all the time myself and multiple other tenants are wanting to leave. I've experienced nothing but nasty and rude behavior from a landlord that's suppose to be buisness professional but apparently not here. Hope to speak to owner soon cant deal with it anymore its inexplicable ."

"My daughter lived here for 7 weeks while she was attending a Josh Lyons Horsemanship course in Rifle. Clean, safe apartment. Well maintained with all the appliances she needed including washer/dryer in the apartment. Being a protective father of my 24-year old daughter, I felt very comfortable about her staying here."

"After getting lost from the group i was hiking with and nearly walking 7 miles , i stumbled into Centenial suites. Seeing a light on in the office and having been a customer earlier in the summer, i thought my prayers were answered. So i rang the bell, kocked on the door and shuffled around a bit. To be greeted like i was some kind of criminal, and how dare i ask for help on a cold rainy night. The management was VERY VERY rude, and un-christian like to say the least. Little do they know i could of paid to use the phone, or the electricity to charge mine and been gone for goid. When we had stayed at this establishment earlier this year, i had a totally different perception of the mamagement. (The room was fairly dirty, and needed spring cleaned, but i over looked that. ) I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, nor stay here with my family ever. A word of advice, being in the hospitality business , your supposed to be just that " hospitable" treat EVERYONE as a customer, for its us who supply your paychecks. Sincerly, Michelle Maguire"

"Here's my review of Centennial Suites (CS). I lived here from March of 2014 to April of 2014. I first learned of CS via Craigslist. I needed a place to live due to relocating to Rifle for a job. Sal, the Manager, was very accommodating and made the transition to Rifle quite easy for me. The suite itself was quite nicely appointed, with black appliances, granite countertops, large capacity washer and dryer and top end fixtures. My suite had a queen bed in the bedroom and a daybed in the living room (which they call a second bedroom). The beds were very comfortable and I used them both. There is also weekly maid service and they will accommodate your pet as well. I liked their $1000 for everything price point, all inclusive. My place was on the north end of the property, second floor, end unit which was nice because it had windows on three sides of it. The location, while convenient, sees a lot of foot traffic, and is across the street from privately owned mobile homes, next to a mexican restaurant, and in the general vacinity of several blue collar type businesses. This is a hotel, so there are those who stay one night, a week, or by the month. While most guests know how to be guests, there are those who are loud, noisy and inconsiderate, as there are in any hotel. While not daily, frequently I experienced loud music blaring from rooms and cars, people arguing in their rooms and shouting across to others in the complex. In my first week here I experienced a theft of an item which I had left outside and after an hour when I returned for it it was gone. I also experienced someone trying to get into my room which could have been a case of mistaken room but none the less it was a hair raising ordeal. I also experienced scratches to the hood of my vehicle which was parked in the lot where the children play. As someone with no children, I found the children riding their toys up and down the sidewalks to be distracting and noisy, if not dangerous for them. They would play in the parking lot as well. I suggested to management to declare the building I was in to be a child free zone for those travellers without children. I'm not certain if this was implemented or not. The property is adjacent to railroad tracks and the trains run multiple times throughout the night. They blow their horns right as they pass by the hotel. I found the trian horns to be extremely disruptive to my sleep. This is a motor lodge-hotel, which supplies everything a weary traveller needs. I moved with no furniture so this situation was ideal. However, my personal needs were for a more quiet place so I moved after two months. Something to note: These places are advertised on craigslist as being 1000 sq. ft however I measured mine to be under 500 sq ft and I believe the rooms are all very similar in size. They are also advertised as being 1 or 2 bedrooms - be advised the second bedroom is the living room. This didn't bother me as I lived alone. The rooms are nicely appointed, the area is not great, but not the worst in Rifle, the price was fair, the noise level was too high for me. The management was present, communicative and responsive. Not a bad place for short term, transitional housing in my opinion. Just keep everything locked up, who's on foot, and whose staying there and you,ll be fine. This is a nice comfortable place to be short term."
