"Most of the time my go to, but the past two times not so much. Got the wrong relay from Gilbert the other day. Then the younger male customer service rep with dark long hair and a goatee that normally works in commercial was as personable as a box. I was just buying brakes and oil and he started to bring rotors and got mad at me when all I asked him for was brake pads. Why does it seem like customer service died with covid"

"Well, I guess my heart is now owned by AutoZone in Rifle. I have been there twice, once for directions, and the other time (today) for truck wiper blades. I'm just overwhelmed with the great customer service from the employees. Rarely do I get treated so good in a retail store. Thank you AutoZone for having the right attitude towards customers. "Wow! Matt H was fantastic. Great service. I pulled up trying to look how to install my headlight (that went out) and it was apparent that I needed more than just the tools and knowhow I possessed. Matt came outside and asked if I needed help. He helped me move the air filtration system on my Chevy Suburban to get out the headlight and even suggested a new air filter for me, which he replaced at well. Now my headlights work and I have a new air filter. Note-he did this all in HOT temperatures when he could have just stayed in the store enjoying the nice air conditioning. Would give 6 stars if I could."
