"I can always count on NAPA! When I filled up with gas this morning, I discovered my gas cap was missing. I quickly called NAPA at 7:30 in the morning and had the nicest gentleman answered the phone and confirmed that he had a gas cap in stock for me. I drove straight over and he had it on the counter and ready and waiting for me. I had another experience with the same NAPA a few years back where my battery died. I was able to get my car jumped and drove straight to NAPA where another gentleman had my battery waiting and helped me put it in. Absolutely love this type of service and get it every time I go to NAPA here in Louisville or really any NAPA for that matter that I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!"
