"I was a customer of this branch with three cars for many years. Recently, pricing and customer service policies seem to have deteriorated. I'm not a customer looking for the last cent, but when the price is up to 20% above the market, I question the competitiveness? Also informing them about the market price was simply ignored. Then lately, I received a quote for a simple wheel balancing job. When I picked up my wheels, I was charged 30% more than quoted. The job was pretty straight forward with no additional complications to justify a higher price than quoted. When I reminded them of the quote, they pointed out that it was simply false and that there was no credit for making the original offer. So much for their customer service policies. It's sad to see this development, but I don't think this branch is price or customer oriented. This branch neither wants to earn business nor respects its own offers - sad about this development - I switched to the competition with my three cars."

"Twice Brie added a protection plan to our bill without our approval. The second time she said the fee was for a warranty tire. We are waiting for the refund. Brie told us our only option was to buy new tires, when there was another easy solution that saved us $600. I don't mind investing in tires, but throwing out tires that are 18months old made me question them. I do not recommend this business. We won't be going back."

"I came in because I was shopping around for tires. Bre was the one assisting me and she was awesome! She was super friendly and really knowledgeable. I had a great time talking to her, and she taught me a thing or two about tires. She made me feel very comfortable as a woman shopping for tires. I recommend asking for Bre if you go to this location!"

"Really love this place. They have helped me select two sets of tires now for 2 different vehicles, and they are always helpful when needing extra advice. They have helped me with fixing leaks, as well as installing new rims on a vehicle. A special shout-out to Melanie (Mel) who seems to always be the person helping me out - always greeted with a smile and well informed on the status of my vehicle while it's getting serviced. Makes coming into this place all the more great! Thanks, Mel! Oh, I live in Boulder and will still go out of my way to come here."

"We love this location and it is worth the extra 10-15 min drive. We tried 2 other tire shops close to us and they refused service on a low tire. I leave tomorrow morning for a work trip so we desperately needed repaired. We called and they said sure bring it on in. They fixed it quickly and with a smile. Now that’s service!"
