"Very weird “Mexican”, as someone from Texas it was supremely disappointing to have my Mexican food served on Dixie plates with plastic cutlery. The cheese was disappointing and everything was put under heat lamps instead of being freshly made. Maybe it’s because it was “New Mexico” style, but I’ve recently been to Santa Fe and Albuquerque and never experienced anything like this. The taste of food was pretty mediocre as well and I don’t understand how this restaurant was rated so highly for somewhere in Monument. For authentic Mexican in the Springs area try Guadalajara Family Mexican Restaurant in Peyton."
