"For 3 months in a row they were out of my Rx medication, so I had to go back to get it 3 times. Tuesday ~11/14/22 5 days ago my other Rx did not have any refills left, I could not speak to anyone in Pharmacy, the message was to leave your information and they would call you back,no one has called, I left messages every day for 4 days. Today 11/19/22 Saturday, I did get to speak to pharmacy tech who is always polite, They did not have the Rx , I don't know if they even contacted my doctor for a new Rx, which is what their message stated on Tuesday, the first time I called. This is really unacceptable."
"The pharmacists and techs are easy to work with, and do a good job of making sure I get my prescriptions on time. If a prescription is more than expected, they let me know the amount just so I am aware of the cost. I went in for a flu shot today. I was able to schedule an appointment online, so I just showed up at the correct time and got the shot. Cecilia was the person who gave me the shot and she was so pleasant to chat with (and distract me)."
