"I have never had customer service this bad. I will not put the peoples names on here but I called yesterday to confirm my dr sent in medications. I get told we got them and in 20 minutes they should be done this was at 4 pm my dr called them in @2pm. My wife goes in and what a big surprise none of them got filled and had to wait for almost an hour to get told they didnt receive their shipment. My wife gets told that they will get their shipment last night and fill it. Called this morning and nothing. I am having my perscriptions transferred to another pharmacy."

"The reason they get a 5 is because of the amazing pharmacist and technicians. They are responsive and quick to take care of things. The only issue at this pharmacy is Janet who rings people up. She is rude, unhelpful and I had to give her directions on how she should do her job. The rest of the staff is amazing, they should move Janet to a more appropriate job, which would be not dealing with customers."
