"We came here with the family for an early lunch. The waiter was dull and had no personality. But all changed when my aunt found plastic shreds in her drink (in the ice). They then had a computer issue, and our order didn't go through. We were already waiting for 40 mins at this point. After all was said and done, they took 30 bucks of our order. I feel they could have done a little better on assisting us. But o well, what to expect from a Brighton restaurant. 10 out of 10 would not recommend."

"My boyfriend and I went to an early dinner on Jan 21st, 2024. The service was good, served by waitress named Hannah. I got the burger with guacamole and he got streak, his tasted rubbery. My boyfriend said my burger looked white, I don't it suppose to look like that. I am not the type to complain and it didn't taste bad, so I ate it, an hour later I puked my guts out. He took one bite of my burger and he had an upset stomach too. My bf called the restaurant and let them know, but no follow-up or nothing from the manager. So if I were you I wouldn't eat here."

"I frequent this chilis often and have never had a server quite like Kristin. She was WONDERFUL! So kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. I hope she is recognized for this review because she truly deserves all the praises!!!"

"Food was wonderful but service was poor. Waiter was trying to push us out the door and it was a slow time. Husband wasn't asked if he wanted another beer and the rest weren't asked if we wanted more. Was very rude asking if my husband knew how to pay the bill our daughter told him she did he said good and walked away."

"This was a trying experience, let me tell you. The meal came out hyper greasy, to a point I simply could not stomach much of it after a few bites. The fries were lukewarm and got cold fast to add to that. Fortunately, our waitress was a boss. Assisted in negating what problems we were having and even replaced the bun for the burger with a better one. Even got us a free refill of our specialty drink! Kudos to her!"
