"Believe it or not, this was my first time to Chipotle. Ordered a chicken burrito, and let me tell you. This place ruined all other Mexican fast food for me. This place is like Subway is for sandwiches, you tell them the ingredients you want for filling and those burritos are Delicious. Can't wait to go back and try something else."

"I am not one to complain but today this was brutal. I order a double wrapped carne asada burrito, and the photo is what I got. This is completely unacceptable. I will make sure that anyone I know never orders from this location. I don't want a credit nor free food. I just want them to do better. Before you order ensure your rice and beans are done, and the burrito or bowl has sufficient meat. Once again I normally look past the flaws but this time its too many. This is the end of my chipolte experiences. Good luck in you future endeavors."

"As a great fan of Chipotle, this was the worst burrito I have ever gotten. 1st off they messed up and put sour cream in it, which I didn't want. You couldn't even pick it up because it was wrapped terribly. I tried to eat it and it just fell apart into the wrapper. I then tried to call the restaurant and they have an automated system to which you couldn't even talk to a manager. This is a customer service nightmare. I have been eating at Chipotle since the 90s and always told everyone how good the food, atmosphere and company really was. Shame on you Chipotle for making a horrible product and having the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Not only for your company but any company for that matter. As a result, you have lost me as a customer. Got a response per email overnight apologizing for the quality of the burrito that was sold. The problem with this is someone should have actually contacted me directly and offered to replace the burrito I ordered. Not go to a website and enter the exact same thing I posted here. My review still stands with no changes other than the response."

"First off, the service is atrocious. Just unfriendly. Almost hostile in a passive aggressive way. Compared to other Chipotles, portions sizes are somewhat skimpy. 32 dollars for two regular bowls? Not clean at all. This is the only Chipotle where they ask you if it's for here or to go. Every other one I've been to give you a lid for your food so you can take it with you regardless. This was the second time we've been to this establishment. The first time some criminal keyed my girlfriend's car. Two thumbs down."

"Ordered EXTRA meat, EXTRA sour cream, and EXTRA cheese. This is what I got. Most times when you go onto this Chipotle the do pretty well, but the drive up service is consistently terrible. I mean, come on, I pay for extra meat and the bowl is barely half full. Not to mention hardly any cheese when I ordered extra. If you want a decent meal from this Chipotle you need to go inside."
