"Poor customer service, careless employee. Do yourself a favor and head 4 blocks down the road and go to Alpine Bank. I just moved to CO and opened an account with bank of Colorado yesterday. Today I was told the cashier check I was trying to deposit would be subject to an 11 day waiting period and nothing they could do by an employee who clearly didn’t care. Not having money for 2 weeks isn’t an option for me. I went a few blocks down to Alpine Bank where they verified the cashiers check, set me up an account, provided excellent customer service, and got me on my way."

"Expect to pay $2 to transfer money from this bank to any other bank account and for it to take over a week. If I make a transfer from my alpine bank account it takes Maybe 3 hours and is free. I will be closing my account asap."

"I love the bank. And Most all the Tellers are awesome and they usually are very helpful... but The teller Nacy that works in the Rifle Colorado branch is ABSOULTY rude and NO HELP AT ALL.. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HER MANAGERS OR FIRED... NACY YOUR ABSOULTY NO HELP AT ALL AND SUCK AT YOUR JOB.."
