"I wasn’t explained anything on the contract. Not good customer service u-haul. You should always explain how the fuel situation works. I even asked about the fuel and she just said anything over 1/4 is not reimbursed. Nor was any 30.00 fee ever discussed. I was charged for 9 gallons of fuel and I only used 4 to 4.5 gallons. Makes a person wonder if they don’t tell people so they can make more money? Not a way to run a business. Karma"
"1st attempt to reach this business I got an outdated “We aren’t open Sat. or Sun. “ then cut off. (My call was made on a Tues around 9:30 am.) 2nd call was answered by a person who put me on hold . After 5 mins I hung up and called 3 additional times and after 12 rings got a busy signal . Not being available to answer questions is terrible customer service. U-Haul management you better check on your business here and find out why no one is available to answer the phone or update informational messages on the business line."
"It’s pretty ridiculous how rude these people actually are. As people are running on the side of the road, they WILL try to hit you. Even if they have PLENTY of room (3/4 of the road to drive on). They even speed up opposed to slowing down. This has happened on multiple occasions. By both the owner and his wife as the driver of the vehicle."
"The dealer is superb!! A little hard to find as they are off the main road, (Airport rd) behind a strip of commercial / warehouse offices. They are known as Southside Storage so look for those buildings."
