"This place is awesome and we come to toddler hours often but I am begging you to get out the vacuum and clean the trampolines and surrounding areas before you open. The trampolines have food, old foam, candy and food wrappers, etc. all over all of them. There are cups, food, coffee mugs, all over the floors and benches throughout the park. This place just needs some elbow grease and tidying up before they open their doors. Everything else about it is great."

"This place has plenty of great features. There is a toddlers area with plenty to do, a good amount of open space, and some quailty agility training obstacles. There is a need for some general maintenance, but it doesn't take away from the experience. FYI, you have to use their branded socks."

"My kid had a lot of fun. Tons of space, didn’t feel too crowded even when it was obviously busy. Definitely worth the money. My only complaint is the placement of the swing in the smaller kids’ area seems poorly thought out. It’s amazing kids aren’t constantly getting hit by it."

"It's a fun place for everyone but could definitely be better. Front desk lack manners and rude! No thank you, no excuse me. Like I get it that it's busy, it's still nice if you don't yell at your customers."

"EDIT- Owner reached out to me immediately and said all of the foam blocks were getting covers and the trampoline with the caution tape is in the process of getting replaced. Excellent customer service. We will be back in a few weeks to give this place another shot. Bumped my two star review to four stars for the fantastic communication. Lots of jumping fun but this place was struggling the day we came in. Half of the pits didn’t have foam, and the ones that did- the foam was falling apart. Every time we jumped in, we came out covered in foam balls. They stuck to our socks and won’t come off even after washing. Speaking of the $4 socks, they got holes after one wash meaning we couldn’t wear them if we wanted to go back again. Foam pieces are spread all over the park and get on everything. Two different places had caution signs and tape around them. The bathrooms were not clean and we got there two hours after opening on a Monday (so they weren’t busy at all). Half the candy/vending machines were turned off or not working. Holes in the walls. Food and drinks all over the “Little Air” area even though there’s signs posted everywhere prohibiting food and drink in the jumping areas. Glad my kids had a great time for the $100 (with coupons) we paid to jump for two hours."
