"If you’re looking for AMAZING tacos — or DELICIOUS ramen — Birdhouse is the place to be! On our first visit (tonight), I tried the sweet potato taco and the Nashville hot chicken taco, while my spouse had the Tonkotsu ramen. The sweet potato taco was SO AMAZING!! (Both tacos were delicious.) The ramen looked incredible, and my date loved it. We also enjoyed the tempura veggie appetizer, which was a really interesting and tasty combination of lotus root, asparagus, and trumpet mushrooms. Our server was welcoming and attentive, offering helpful suggestions on the menu options. We’ll definitely return to this gem of a restaurant in the quaint little town of Erie, CO. Fantastic!!"

"After work lunch at Birdhouse in Erie. They serve tacos and ramen, I had the tonkotsu ramen. It was very filling, the pork is not the same rolled up pork in other ramen spots but the slices were very generous in size and cut thick. Personal preference, but the egg could be a little bit more done. Had the chili sauce on the side, it's similar to sambal. It was very filling !"

"Perfect date night spot! Food was amazing! I love the combo of ramen and tacos on the same menu. I got the tonkotsu ramen the pork was delicious and the broth super flavorful. We did try a few tacos each had their own unique taste, and flavors couldn't tell you which one I liked more they were all great. Also, customer service was outstanding. Mae, our waitress was so friendly and made sure we were all set with drinks and that we were enjoying our meal."

"So Good! I went two days in a row. Birdhouse is an amazing restaurant. Make reservations on the weekends to avoid long wait times (so good, no one wants to leave). Great atmosphere with decor and music. Delicious and strong drink selection. Tacos and ramen are the main dishes. Tacos are so flavorful, next time ill try the ramen. Go try it once and you'll be hooked. The stores around it are also fun to explore. Just Go!"
