"Apparently their breakfast burritos contain no meat (not even if you pay for it). Perfect for vegetarians. This review is based on an experience from two separate visits. Visit #1 As I recall this visit took place around 8:00 in the morning. When I entered there were 10 or 12 people standing around waiting for their orders. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to serve me for a few minutesbefore someone finally took my order, no "good morning", no polite smile, everyone working looked totally miserable. After ordering I sit there for about 17 minutes (I remember because I was watching a video on YouTube and the time code said 17:33 seconds when they handed me my order) before they handed me my breakfast burrito. I remember it was weird because half the guys waiting for their food before me were still there when I left. The first thing I noticed when eating the bacon breakfast burrito I ordered was the prominence of huge potato cubes and barely any eggs. The second thing I noticed was that this bacon breakfast burrito didn't actually have any bacon in it. The chili was also kind of flavorless, all heat and no zest. Bizarre experience, lackluster service/atmosphere, and mediocre breakfast burritos with no meat. Visit #2: After about 6 months I decided to give them another chance, maybe they were just having a bad day the first time after all? On this visit I entered at 7:23 a.m. well after their 7:00 a.m. opening time. There was no one in the counter and no one came to serve me. So after 7 Minutes of waiting around I just left. Maybe they're better for lunch, but if you want burritos for breakfast, specifically bacon burritos, and if you want those burritos to have bacon in them, I could not recommend this place."

"Fantastic food and service. We came in around 6:40 and the guys quickly brought out order to our table. My boys had pork and steak tacos. I had the smothered burrito. Along with Mexican Coke. The salsa bar was great each with a good kick!"

"Was really excited to try this place after reading really good reviews but I am feeling pretty disappointed in the food I got. I received chicken street tacos with no cilantro and they had no green sauce for the tacos. Wasn’t terrible food but not worth the $20 I spent after tipping them. Probably won’t be back. So I half way appreciate the response to my review sort of but it’s laughable because why would I be mad about getting tacos with no cilantro if I ordered them with no cilantro? I just ordered regular street tacos. I never once said anything about not wanting cilantro. I expect to get all 3 of the ingredients on the tacos. I didn’t order them that way I ordered them from your cashier in person and either they messed up or your cooks did and forgot 1 of 3 ingredients. It’s okay tacos ay ay is much better!"

"Good flavor for a reasonable price. The smothered burrito was excellent with flavor. The food isn't spicy, so it should be palatable for a larger audience. There was no need to add salsa or hot sauce as flavor improvement. Soda prices are also very reasonable in a time when restaurants are charging over $3. The tacos are quite tasty as well. They certainly aren't large or overstuffed with non meat items, but they are full of flavorful meat. And 3 tacos and a drink for under $10 is a great lunch."

"Absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever had in Colorado. I grew up in Tucson AZ, and for a few months I've been craving the stuff I grew up on. For what you pay the portions are huge!!! I only ordered one and it was enough for both my fiance and I. The taste is amazing and authentic and flavorful. They know what they are doing her!"
