"Yes I agree with some of the other reviews about unprofessional customer service. Most of the time it’s been good BUT I went in to return a product and the manager was very rude. I did end up returning the product but it got to the point I was about to walk out and just write it up as a loss. She was just rude, unfriendly and acted like she was put out with trying to help me. Oreillys has been my go-to stop for automotive products and advice but at this point I don’t plan on coming back."

"I've never encountered such horrible customer service. I went by there today because I had a headlight go out and my daughter and I needed to drive almost 100 miles and it was going to get dark before we could get there. I brought in the non working bulb so I could match the other side and a bearded man and older woman told me there was no way to tell what color it is. It had the numbers on the back of the bulb. They didn't even try and look it up that way. We stepped aside cause they weren't going to help us. So a young guy with longish blonde hair working there looked it up and had us the exact bulb in like 2 minutes. The other 2 employees obviously just couldn't be bothered. So we went outside to change the bulb which I had never done before and we were out there for 2 hours in the cold in front of the glass shop, obviously struggling, and they had maybe 5 customers that whole time and no one would help us or give us advice or anything. Horrible."

"Just saw the cashier come out with an elderly lady and install her windshield wipers for her. When he was done he had her check them to make sure they were working. How sweet is that! The same cashier helped us the other night, too. Great customer service over here!"

"Drove by here at 8:27pm (Saturday, 08/22/20) just now and saw the OPEN sign was turned off, disappointed because we needed a part quickly and thought they closed at 9. I looked up the hours and it indeed says they close at 9pm. Went into the store and told them their sign was off; they said "Yeah, we know". Seriously? Come on. As upsetting as this is as a customer, I'd be furious at my employees for doing this if I were the owner."
