"I had the best experience at this Discount tire. First a couple weeks ago on my way to Denver I had 2 tires blow out on I25. Towed to this Discount tire at 5pm. I’m in tears and they were great. I live in the springs so I needed to get home. They didn’t have the tires so they like loaned me 2 and got me on my way. They said they would call when the correct tires came in. I came back today and they changed out those tires. I have bought tires from them for over 30 years. 4 teenagers with cars I have bought a lot and always the road hazard. I will never buy tires anywhere else. The customer service is awesome. I can’t say enough to thank them."

"This started out as a decent experience. They were flexible and price matched the tires. However, when I went to check out, the final cost rung up to $440 more than expected. They asked for payment as though nothing was wrong. When I asked why it was so much higher than expected, they first denied any discrepancy and again requested payment. After asking to see an itemized bill, they admitted at first to adding the cost of installation (obviously no surprise and an expected cost). When I stated that the $25 cost/tire to install doesn’t add up to the $440 difference, they then admitted to adding a $10 fee for tire recycling, which didn’t apply as I was taking the old tires with me. It was only after continuing to push that they then admitted to adding a $400 add-on ($100 / tire) for their own warranty program. They were very much dishonest about the added cost and tried to hide it multiple times. They should have been transparent up front rather than sneaking in additional costs and denying it multiple times."

"I had the pleasure of starting my day at Discount Tire at 16174 Jackson Creek Parkway, in Monument, CO, 80132. I love that the store opens early. This gave me an opportunity to get my tire replaced and make it to work on time The manager on duty that morning and did a fantastic job of dealing with a very difficult customer. He was out of Denver and felt his situation was priority over everyone else. She conducted herself in a very professional manner. I did my best to smile and encourage her, when it was my turn. The waiting area was very clean and handicap accessible. The rest room was well tended for and wide for wheelchairs also. I had a warranty plan on my tires and was really happy They sold me my tires did a good job of recommending tire insurance. I'm a professional full time Realtor and pick up nails in new construction areas often. I appreciate it when technicians take the time explain things. They also disposed of my old tire so I didn't have to worry about that, many trash companies will not take tires and dispose of them, I learned that the hard way when the ended up back on my curb trash day. Another client was getting an oil change and he and I visited he said he loved Discount tire and how they cared for his vehicle. He said they always explained things well to him, he is senior in age and doesn't always understand everything when people talk too fast."
