"They may be the cheapest, but they are also the slowest, most inefficiently run company with terrible customer service. Upon departure, we waited for 45 mins to get a shuttle, causing us (me, my wife, and 1 yr old daughter) to have to rush to check our bags, get through security and rush to our flight. We flew southwest and missed the family boarding due to our delay at ParkDIA, and if not for a sweet lady giving up her seat, we wouldn’t have been able to even sit together on the flight. Upon returning, they kept sending mostly full shuttles from the west terminal pick up, with only 3-5 open spots for customers waiting on the East side. We watched seven, SEVEN, shuttles come and go. Meanwhile, the line grew to over 50 people deep and we had to wait almost AN HOUR to even be picked up. Did I mention it was 30 degrees outside?!? On top of all of that, due to the delay, we missed our exit window and they tried to charge us more money despite it being their fault it took so long. I’ve parked here twice and both times it was an awful experience. They say it takes 5-7 minutes to get to the airport but what they fail to mention is you have to wait for 45+ minutes just to get a shuttle. Just spend the extra $50 bucks and park at Canopy or USAirport parking. It’ll be worth not having the hassle of dealing with this piss poor company."

"You get what you pay for sums up our experience with this service. After landing at DIA, we were in a line with 50+ people waiting for a shuttle. We watched time and time again as Wally Park, Echo Park, Fine and others made multiple rounds. I made 2 calls to their main number and was assured we would be picked up. After nearly 40 minutes during a Colorado snowstorm, the first round of people were allowed aboard. Spend the extra money and book with a more reputable company."

"A very nice driver by the name of AL took care of me today. He was courteous and kind. My whole experience with the company was great. The shuttles were fast and plenty, i didnt have to wait long at all. My car was also safe and sound when I got back. Will do business again!"

"I've been using Park DIA for a few years now. I'll never forget my first experience with them. I hailed it as the best customer service experience of my life (sounds like hyperbole, but it was really good back in the day) Times have changed and unfortunately this service no longer feels exceptional ... it barely feels convenient. We parked here over our Christmas holiday (and managed to secure a 50% coupon, so the rate was fantastic) The pickup was normal. Shuttle comes to the car, grabs us and off we go. Easy peasy. It was the return to the lot when we arrived home where the wheels fell off. We exited the airport on the east side of the terminal to find a line of about 80 or so people lined up at the Park DIA shuttle line. The line extended through the Wally Park line and clear on down to the Parking Spot's line. My girls and I shuffled clear to the back and heard from other folks that this is relatively normal now for Park DIA. As we waited, we watched shuttle after shuttle for Wally Park, The Parking Spot and Longs Peak come and go ... all while Park DIA hasn't sent a single one. This went on for a while and I'm not sure how long it was, but it was around 20-30 minutes without seeing a shuttle. I had called the customer service department for Park DIA and asked for them to please send shuttles ... some time after that call we saw shuttles arrive again. We boarded the third shuttle to arrive (still with a long line of folks behind us waiting ) and arrived at the lot to find that the entire lot had been parked tight. The alleys and lanes that allow people to easily exit were parked over and it actually took us a while to figure that out and figure out our way out of the lot. Apparently Park DIA had overparked the lot and perhaps this is the cause of all of the trouble their customers had this holiday season. I question the management of this company now. What was a stellar customer service experience and the absolute go-to for safe and convenient airport parking is now no longer reliable or trustworthy. Will they have shuttles for you? Will they have the space they sold you? It's hard to be confident about that. Pretty disappointed with my experience tonight. I'll be looking elsewhere for parking solutions at DIA."

"We have been with ParkDIA for a few years. The service has gotten terrible! No buses. And they have cut cost on workers. 3 weeks in a row I have waited in 45 minute lines at 4am in 40 degree temps at 9am and at 7pm at night. This is something you do not plan on when preparing for a flight. If you park with them allow 3 hours for bus and security! See attached photos of evidence of wait times."
