Discount Tire

"My day didn't start out so great, with a blow-out tire, and a nail in another as I was on my way to a medical appointment. A whole other part of the story ensues, but I will say my days has ended up great, and a big reason for that was Rob and the team at Discount Tires in Southlands. While I was waiting at the surgical office this morning, I hopped on google to see what tire repair places were nearby for me and selected this location, I was trying to make the appointment online, but was having an issue getting it booked, so I just called the store and Rob answered the phone and my prayers and all my questions. He was very calm as I was listing out the crazy morning that I was having and let me know that he could absolutely get me in today, I could do a walk in, or he gave me a few options for appointments later in the day. We selected a time that worked and when I arrived, Rob was there waiting to take me through several options for replacement tires on my vehicle and had me on my way and feeling much better about my day in about an hour. Highly recommend this location, very helpful team members, not pushy at all and really listened to my concerns and questions to get me the best options for my needs and budget."

"I originally placed an order for 4 new tires 2 weeks prior to my appointment. The tires never were ordered by the person assisting me and when I showed up for my appointment they couldn’t get them in stock same day. It was frustrating to say the least. Rob stepped in and began helping to remedy the problem and went above and beyond! He made everything right and I would recommend my friends and family to shop here because of him! Everyone was very nice and understanding as well which was a big relief."

"5 stars over and over. great service as always. whether it has been the purchase of a set of tires or my semi-annual winter/summer tire swap these guys cannot do wrong. Really happy with the Southlands Mall location. They seem to always hire helpful and knowledgeable employees. The latest stellar employee that helped me this Evening (12/26/2023) was Rob. A class act. I missed the text message that the car was ready (earlier than estimated) and he called me directly to see if I wanted it sooner. I did! Amazing staff!"

"Both our cars we use discount tires. They are awesome especially the tire warranty and they beat the cost on competition. This morning had a flat tire and took the tire myself to the shop. The employee checked it and said better to get new tire. Luckily I had tire insurance e so they have me a new tire free. 20 min in and out. Never had issues with the south lands shop. Keep up the work guys."

"Update below... Allen is awesome: Discount tire is an amazing company with great employees. I only buy from them, even if they're higher in price (although I have yet to find a lower price for tires). Their warranty is second to none. My only complaint is the 35 dollar fee it costs once you use the warranty, but it's better than spending 300 bucks on a new tire. Great job, discount. Update: Allen is awesome. He was super helpful, extremely nice, and above all, caring about my car. I always go go discount, even for my exotic. They take their time, but are timely in their work. Oh, and they're the cheapest in town, in my experience. That, and their military discount matters. Thanks for the support."
