"Bought a headlight from here 3 weeks ago and it has already gone out. That happens I'm not really worried about that. I called the store about 10 minutes before they closed and got NO answer. Still raced over to find the doors locked PRIOR to the closing time. I understand wanting to go home, but the store hours are the store's OPEN HOURS, unless the weather is horrid in which it isn't, it's a beautiful 42 degree night. Then this guy wants to act like I'm not knocking on the glass at 8:58pm, 2 minutes BEFORE the closing time. All I needed was an exchange for a faulty headlight in which I bought a warranty for."
"Don’t get their diehard batteries not even they want it have a three-year warranty with it. I have to keep jumpstarting the car they want to keep it for 12 hours to charge it in order to exchange it so I’m out of the car for 12 hours just so they could tell me Could change it by your battery somewhere else there warranty is not even worth it here and they’re rude AutoZone one block over there a lot better and nicer people and I’m sure they’re batteries are better quality too"
"I have been to many locations of this company and this morning I left a positive review for one of the employees for the best customer service I have ever seen in this company . Later I had to go there again and now I can confidently say that this is the best store of this company. I insist that all the employees of this store be rewarded, they really deserve it"
"Went in the morning to see if they had something in stock, they didn’t but said they could order it, and it would be there around 5, and to come back, and that they would call me. Never got a call, so around 7:30 I call, and they go to look and can’t find it, they try again but left me on hold for over 10 minutes, forgot about me, and then finally picked up and asked how can I help, when I had literally just pulled into a parking space. And then didn’t have my part… wasted time here, when I could’ve spent the day looking elsewhere."
