"First time I’ve written a review. EVER! Altec def. needs recognition all they’ve done. Let’s just start with the staff at Altec. Jake Wade and Abraham and Paula Domingo are the real deal! They have been so helpful thru this whole pandemic. They have gone far and beyond in every aspect. Even when I would get frustrated for parts that wouldn’t arrive, (not their fault) pandemic! (COVID) they kept everything cool and collected. They tried to find every and any avenue to accommodate me and my equipment. I can’t explain enough the way that these people have come thru for me. I wouldn’t trust any other tech for my equipment. They are responsive and what I love the most is that they make mountains move to make sure that they get you up and running. Again very grateful to have these guys available. I highly recommend these guys for anything. Thanks again for coming thru for me!!"
"Electric cut out to the boom while it was extended. After hours of failed troubleshooting we called the 24 hour service and Mike came out from an hour away at 8pm on a Friday. You'll never find better customer service. Even tried to tip the guy and his response was "No, im just happy i could get you guys moving and back on the road". 11/10"
