"Wrong parts are common, counter service very bad. I picked up a bumper labelled for 2 different trucks, counter person refused to get help determining which the bumper really was, insisted the one I wanted was the one In the box. 90 miles out of town, it was found to be wrong. The shop tells me they commonly have to return other parts to this place. I do not recommend this place."
"We have ordered 2 belts for our car, first time they came within time frame they told us, one of them worked fine another didn't work at all. We took it for exchange, it was 1 week longer than told time frame and it didn't work again. Now I'm thinking if I should take it back for exchange again and wait for another few weeks or to find it somewhere else?"
