"I recently visited this auto part store and overall had a positive experience. The service was great, and I encountered no problems. However, during my visit, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving an employee named Fernando. In plain sight and with no shame, he was disrespectful towards his coworker, openly criticizing them in Spanish. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. While my interaction with other staff members was pleasant, witnessing such behavior impacts the overall atmosphere of the store. Management should address this issue to ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for both customers and employees."
