"This place for sure, earned my business for the forseeable future! John was so responsive, quick and ready to help! I got a flat tire the other day and took it into discount tire originally and they said they couldn’t fix it and I needed a new tire. I then called this Goodyear and John said that it could easily be fixed. I brought it in, they had it fixed within a few hours and then they did a tire rotation, and filled up all of my tires. They anticipated my needs and were so kind about it! I highly recommend going to this place for any of your car needs!"

"The staff advised me to be there at 8:00 am to drop my car off for a simple tire rotation. When I got there at 8:02 there was no one there, door was locked and I see a man rush in and tell me he'd be with me soon (all while it's freezing cold outside). They expect their customers to be early but they can't open their shop on time. The man that finally greeted me was obviously very frazzled and extremely rude and cut me off while I was talking and trying to give him my information. Extremely dissatisfied by the poor customer service."
