"I came into the store this morning raising my voice and extremely upset. I thought that the shop had only balanced 2 of the 4 tires and I was wrong. The store manager shawn and tech named Tony put both tires on his balancing machine and proved me wrong. He was incredibly professional and helpful throughout my rage. I felt as if I had wasted a lot of time having to come back after them servicing my car. The store manager couldn’t have handled my rage better. He was extremely helpful, calm, and explained the entire situation. I apologized to him and explained I was wrong about the tires and wrong for yelling at him. He even offered to refund my money if I was not satisfied which I declined as I was in the wrong. I Will absolutely be back especially knowing they do very solid work. I’ve been taking my fleet of cars to this location for 10 years and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this shop for anyone with tire needs. Thanks again shawn and Tony for being extremely helpful and professional. I apologize for raising my voice and getting frustrated."

"I’ve been dealing with discount tire for at least 20 years and probably even 25. Nothing but great experiences except one time, when I pointed it out to another store, they took care of the problem. You can’t always get a good employee, so if you have problems at one, talk to the management. I was having some problems with my tires and they gave me a wonderful deal on some continental tires with 80,000 mile warranty. I would use nobody else and I recommend them to all of my friends. "Dropped off my tire at time of appointment at 12:15pm, called back at almost 3pm to get an update as the tracker on my phone would not move from “waiting for service”, when i got a hold of someone nobody knew what was going on. I then describe the guy who helped when I dropped it off and they put me on hold for at least 8 minutes if not more when he finally got on the phone said “oh you might’ve been helped by the other Oscar” and then he saw I had an appointment at 12:15pm and said if I was wanting to reschedule I said I had already dropped off the tire for repair. Made me upset so just told them not to worry about that I would get my tire and take it elsewhere, I get a call 5 min later and they say they found the tire but that it was irreparable took it elsewhere and was able to get it fixed so maybe I was told that as my tire was never really taken care of."

"My initial appointment was expedient, and when I found that u needed those new tires to be balanced a few days after installation, they got me in and got them balanced promptly with no extra cost. I'm very happy with the service I received."
