"After dealing with, or attempting to deal with several RV repair facilities in the Denver area, and spending a weekend in a parking lot, for appt on Monday, that didn't happen, ALLEN CAME TO THE RESCUE. we meet up and he spent the time, shared his knowledge and resolved our issue. In Denver often, but when able, Allen will be our go to for any needed work on our coach. Will be worth the wait as long as the problem doesn't prevent us from traveling. Thanks again Allen"
"I must say I have seen some things in life that make me say WOW! This here takes the cake! I have never met Alan before and last minute was flying out to Salt Lake City to look at a coach. I searched around and found Precision Prevost and took a long shot at seeing if he could grab a flight and meet me the next morning in Salt Lake City. Bottom line not only did he meet me and charge me a fair price But he was connected in Salt Lake seems to be the mayor out there and did a great inspection on the coach that I have decided to buy! There is no way that I could give enough high marks for Alan and his company absolutely top-notch great people probably friends for life and someone then I’ll probably call six times a day for all the things that I can’t figure out :-) 10 ⭐️ of I could!! Thx Y’all!"
"Alan is the most knowledgeable bus mechanic that I have ever met. He is truly a wizard when it comes to any Prevost. Within 30 seconds of seeing the bus(no kidding) he already diagnosed the problem and was fixing it. He picked up several small issues and fixed them on the spot."
"Alan has been taking care of my Prevost H3 since I purchased it. After every trip, I leave Alan a list and everything is taken care of before our next trip. He is also available when on the road. When the bus was new to us, we ran into a few issues (slides, awnings, etc) and Alan has always been very responsive to get on the phone to guide me through the fix so that we can continue our trip. Highly recommended!!!"
