So many elements are out of their control with global shipping issues but they made a huge effort to be honest and up front with any delays. My 2018 BMW X3 was returned to me back in perfect condition and detailed after a horrible snow accident on the back left of the vehicle. They made sure all the calibration and sensors were in perfect condition before returning because they have an extensive network of professionals to ensure the car is well tested to manufacturing standards.
