"I’ve had my car serviced at this location for a couple of years now, and had a fairly good experience each time. This most recent visit was disappointing. I bought four new tires to get ready for the winter and when I went to pick up my car, it was sitting in the lot with a flat tire. I alerted the service agent that I worked with and they quickly reassured me and scrambled to fix it. The dealership was in touch after this review and did what they could to reconcile this experience so I’m adjusting my review because I appreciate the effort and follow up."
