"If I could give them less than one star I would. First, I don’t like the way one of the employees treated me maybe because I am an immigrant, he made me wait for almost an hour. Second, they held my car for almost eight days when I came to pick it up, they told me that it was not fixed because they were waiting for me to sign paperwork without contacting me. I got mad and I asked them to give me my car they said I have to pay almost 300 because they diagnosed it."

"I began bringing my car here rather than my previous service center due to proximity to my home. BIG mistake! In Nov. 2022 I bought a new battery for $119 at Costco. When it didn’t work, I thought my car’s alternator must be out so I went to this service center. It cost $293.69 to have the battery charged and be told Costco sold me a weak battery. The oil change I had done caused my car to leak oil all over my driveway because the oil pan wasn't tightened so another trip was required to have someone do the job correctly. When the car a/c didn’t blow cold, I took it in for a charge. This visit cost over $300 for diagnostics just to be told the a/c needed a little bit of a charge. The $25 discount that was promised when I scheduled and dropped off the car was not applied. On 8/23/23 I wrote a letter to Christopher Doerschlag about these issues, even stating I preferred not to write a negative review on social media, and received NO RESPONSE at all. Doerschlag replies to these reviews stating customers are valued and staff are committed to excellent service, but he personally ignores written letters bringing concerns to his attention. I received excellent service from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe for years and recommend other consumers try them, too."

"I went to Stevinson to have my 5th gen 4runner inspected for a few issues - 1: leaking rear differential 2: humming resonant noise from the rear diff 3: clicking brakes. I went two times, 1st on a rainy day 2 weeks ago, waited +5hrs, and was told the tech could hear the noise, but could not specifically identify it because of the rain. And they could not identify a leak because of wet conditions. I was told to return the following week on a dry day - I wouldn't be charged because they couldn't do anything, and a record would be kept for when I return. I returned a week later on Friday 5/19 with dry conditions - there was no record of my prior visit or observations from the tech. I re-explained everything and we started over. I opted for a few additional services on my vehicle since I was there & at the 60k mile mark: transmission, brake & power steering fluid. I waited from 7:30am - 1:30pm, and had to hunt down my tech to get my vehicle back & cash out. I could see my vehicle parked in the back of the service lot for a couple of hours. My service tech told me they could not identify any of the issues I described. See attached for a photo I took of my rear differential when I got home from my 6hr service - how can this even be disputed? Long story short, I do not trust this service department with my vehicle."
