"I’ll add a star for the owner calling and apologizing. However I think the rest of the review should remain for future customers: Holy smokes! Not what I was expecting. With great reviews online and a very friendly lady on the phone making my appointment, i couldn’t have been more surprised at the angry, confrontational and unhelpful guy at the desk. Not only did he confront me, he did the same to my insurance agent on the phone. The poor gal had to keep asking him to calm down and let her talk. This very well could have been the insurance companies “fault,” but I can’t imagine treating customers like this. We have been residents and business owners in town for over 30 years and really wanted to keep the business local but I will never be back the this place. Run!"

"This team went above and beyond. I had a conflict in my schedule that made it impossible to pick up my car before they closed for the 3 day weekend. One of the team members volunteered to deliver my car (I do live close by). By doing this, they saved me money and time. My car was fixed beautifully and very clean.
