"Very poor service. I brought my truck there to have nail/screws removed from my tires on two occasions. They didn't balance my tires. I made an appointment two weeks ago and they took an hour to balance two wheels. If they mark your valve stem it means that they didn't balance your tires."

"I'm from out of town and was in need of 2 new tires for my truck to make it back to Dallas, TX. I called several Goodyear stores and this one could get it done and the person on the phone (found out it was the Service Mgr) was very pleasant. I headed in and WOW, what a great group. Cat, the Service Manager, was very helpful and the entire crew were very pleasant professional. The store was very clean, comfortable to wait and just all around great. I highly recommend this Goodyear location. Great job, folks!"
