They went all out trying to find the replacement part and were able to fix it the same day and save me a bundle on a rental car!"
"Let me preface this by saying the people were very nice here and I'm sure they do good work. However... I called and stated a specific problem with my exhaust and scheduled an appointment. On the phone they said they could turn the car around same-day. Turns out they inspected my whole car without me asking and "recommended" $1100 in repairs. I waited half a day for this full inspection that I didn't ask for. Gave me the runaround and seemed like they were searching for excuses because it sounded like their crew was booked on other projects for the rest of the afternoon. One suggested repair stated that trans fluid needed changing due to date & wasn't checked because my car didn't have a trans dipstick. My car has a trans dipstick... Some of the "recommended" repairs were legitimate, but 2 months ago I had a full inspection at another trusted shop that I had known for years... they did not recommend much of what Auto Evolution recommended. Watch your wallet and get a second opinion. Seems like they need some business"
