"These people who run this office are sick, they are so quick to take every dime I make, but can't even get a call back, say they sent review papers and I didn't send back in, they didn't send anything to me ... I've been trying to reach someone for months ! What they do to people who Ashley a good father to there kids , and the mother just keeps the kids away and collects almost 2,000 a dollars a month , they made me lose my job I worked for years cause I couldn't afford my car anymore so it got repo and now I lost my job ! How can they get away with this?"

"Why am I even writing a review when it seems every review on here is negative and they never even respond or try to fix the problem? I am owed almost 30k in back child support and I can never reach anyone at the office. He has a job and is driving a brand new car all around town, so clearly if they did take his license, that isnt a factor in his life. How about do something about this problem that seems to be effecting so many people in the state instead of letting them get away with this their entire lives? Pathetic. Nobody in this office even works on their cases."

"This organization is supposed to be helping ME, yet when payments started being very late all they would say was that for "confidentially reasons" they could not disclose if the employer had switched payroll systems. Then, like a trained parrot, kept saying "they have 10 days to get it in", when for the last several years it was just 3 days after his payday! C'mon, who is your client, me or my ex's employer?! I suspected a change in payroll systems because several years back, this did happen and instead of the employer sending payment to Iowa they sent it to Nebraska. So then, we had to wait several long months for Nebraska to send the checks back to Iowa and for Iowa to re-issue those checks! I also have issue with how over the years, at least one payment almost every year was not given to my children, but kept by the state instead and without any prior notification. My advice is to make sure you have other resources available because this company is FAR from dependable!"

"If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. I don't understand what it is these people do all day. They rarely answer their phones at all and never return voice mails or emails. If you actually go down to the office you'll stand there waiting for at least 10 mins (with no one in front of you) for someone to come to the window and act as if you have interrupted their day. Meanwhile you can hear people talking n laughing about their personal livesl Then youll be told that they will take your information to your worker for processing. AND YOU NEVER HEAR ANYTHING BACK from anyone! COME ON PEOPLE DO YOUR JOBS!"

"I don’t believe I need to say much other than my case is almost 12,000 dollars behind and nothing really gets done. Taking a driver’s license is nothing since it does not stop anyone from driving. Wish Iowa loser “donor” laws were more strict over here like they are in Nebraska. Then they take 25 dollars a year. What did they do to earn our child’s money come on. Maybe some day we moms will be lucky and finally get what we deserve!!!!!!!"
