"This was my first year to visit Bayliss Park and join in on the festivities that come with the holiday seasons. They had several activities including face painting, the Grinch, a projection of the famous Christmas story we all love, "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer", a real live reindeer, games, pictures in a sleigh, and countless food vendors...everything was free except......the food I had an amazing time, learning it's okay to do things with yourself...Merry Christmas & Happy New Year's!!!"

"This is a pretty park with a gorgeous water fountain. The grounds are very well maintained. There Is a jungle gym there for children. It's a nice place to come and just relax."
"Small but beautiful park in downtown of Council Bluffs. We couldn't get a look of fountains and lights. Check out for events and activities. It has beautiful structure in the middle with fountain, trails, benches and some sculpture of squirrels etc. Parking available around this park if you visit in evening hours."
