"I have been a regular at Teaspoons for several weeks now, and my experience has been nothing short of delightful. Being a college student it's nice to have a welcoming space close to campus to fuel up and do school work. From the moment I step in I am greeted with a smile. What sets this coffee shop apart is the owner's personal touch; she is actively engaged with customers, making genuine small talk. They also have an extensive menu that goes beyond the usual coffee offerings. With a variety of options to cater to all of my cravings. Additionally they have a rewarding loyalty system. As a regular visitor, I appreciate the benefits that accumulate with each visit. From discounts to exclusive offers. My go to's are their oat milk latte with honey and vanilla, along with the charged lotus energy drink with raspberry, coconut and strawberry."

"I am a student at U of I and I come to T-Spoons regularly to get a drink and study. it is the cutest place ever! the staff is always so friendly and everything they serve is impeccable. one of the cutest coffee shops in IC! I practically live here and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming! Highly recommend the chai, hot or iced."

"Came here for a fundraiser and the guy behind the counter got a complete attitude after he tried to charge me $16 for a muffin amd latte. When I asked for a receipt to prove I was there he got an even worse attitude and said that was going to be problem since I didn't want the muffin anymore and it was on the receipt. I told him void the whole thing and just start over and he just ignored me amd never gave me my receipt. The girl who served me the latte is the one who stopped what she was doing to get my receipt. I will NEVER go back there until that guy is FIRED. Too bad, it's a cute place. But HIS attitude on 11/09/2023 at 12:00 pm is completely uncalled for! I cannot believe I actually tipped him amd whats worse I didn't even get a thank you. Why am I the enemy here when I AM A PAYIMG CUSTOMER?"

"Had higher expectations, especially given how welcoming the cafe appears. My first interaction today left me wanting to run and never return. Complete lack of customer service from the gentleman (a term I use here out of habit, versus true meaning) on staff this morning, who acted as though my bagel with cream cheese order was an absolute inconvenience to his whole day. Unhygienic - running his hands through his hair then handling food and money without gloves or washing his hands. I promise not to inconvenience him again and will prefer going to the nearby CVS, where the automated teller has more courtesy & manners toward its patrons than he exhibited."
