"Bread was very hard. Deli style sliced turkey had no flavor whatsoever. And whatever sauce was used couldn't taste. Plus anyplace that asks for a tip when I'm doing the serving just be crazy. Plus before I forget, the chocolate crossiant should have been thrown out way before I tried it. Overall a horrible experience"
"Usually all good but for my to go order they gave me 1 wrong item instead of what I ordered, gave us half sandwiches instead of whole and forgot another item. My fault for not checking when I picked up the order. Kind expensive to get that stuff wrong. I still think they have good food. Stuff happens..."

"I have not had issues before but during todays visit, this is the lettuce that was on my sandwich. After finishing what I could I spoke with manager on duty, Amber, just wanted her aware of the lettuce. She smiled, said she would speak with them. I walk away with the plate of lettuce. I can see how the conversation went. "It was a little brown, not bad." Advice from one manager to another, show them! Overall my son and I's meal did not taste well, and was not worth $32."
