"Love this coffee/bookstore. Lovely kids area with toys and reading nooks. Plenty of seating for everyone. Good selection of local author, picture books, novels, and gifts. They have an array of pastry selections, sweet and savory, i'd say 4/5. Coffee is pretty good-I got their cortado 5/5."
"Cute place, it's close to my house so it's nice to walk here for a quick snack during the day. I do enjoy this place a lot! The ambiance is wonderful- they have the cutest decor. But there are a couple factors that keep me from giving more stars. 1. No outlets. There's only a few tables with outlets. This is not the fault of the staff, but if you're coming here to study keep this in mind. 2. Tables and book shelves are VERY close together. It's hard to browse the books because you really invade the space of the other patrons. It can also get very noisy. 3. The book selection is a bit limited. Seems like it's geared mostly to young adults and children. They've got a great selection of children's books, however! 4. The food is expensive and the coffee is okay. Its nothing exceptional, in my opinion. The baristas seem a bit inexperienced. Every time I've ordered a cappuccino, they've given me a latte. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but when I order something I would like to get what I paid for, especially. The tea is very good, however. All in all, though, this is a very nice establishment and very family friendly. Great spot to take the kids. They also host birthday parties, which I thought was lovely! Still worth a visit, even with all the things I've listed."
"Sidekick Coffee & Books is amazing! I love the environment and atmosphere. Service is fast and friendly. Drinks taste amazing - my favorite so far is the maple pecan latte! Also, don’t sleep on the pumpkin bar - best I’ve ever had! If you come for the books, there’s a great selection of current popular reads and a large children’s section where kids can read and play."
"Really great coffee and exceptional service. I had a decaf americano with heavy cream and no sugar. The coffee had a mild nutty flavor and tasted great without needing sugar."
