"I've had pleasant experiences here before but something must be going on w KK in the area as the other two spots changed their hours to close earlier which leaves this as the only location I am able to visit with my schedule. So, I drive MILES outta my way to finally treat myself after the hours adjustment had made it impossible to indulge for months...& this location had NO DOUGHNUTS. Around 1500 on a Sunday. Get it together, management. Also, the lobby is still closed long after CoViD drastically alerted everything. I do prefer to see the doughnuts in the display case whilst ordering but I guess the lobby being closed doesn't so much matter when there are no doughnuts anyway."

"I ordered St. Patty’s Day donuts on Door Dash. I only had three donuts delivered and it was $24! I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. DoorDash refunded me $11 and I paid $13 for three donuts, which I never would gave done to begin with. They said they were busy. They shouldn’t be so careless as just lost a returning customer."

"All the times we have gone to this location they are always out of most of their selections of donuts. We were there at 10 am on a Saturday and they had only two selections to choose from. It is the same everytime we go there- what is the point of a donut shop if they never have any selection. I won't be back- poorly managed."

"Staff were all in the back and didn’t notice us entering for a few minutes. There were very, very few donuts to choose from despite it only being 9AM. When we explained we had never been to a Krispy Kreme before, we were rudely told the box size options and stared at expectedly. I want to note that we were the only guests in the building except one gentleman who had already been helped, so we were not slowing down/troubling other guests and our entire visit was maybe 2 minutes once staff noticed us. When we asked about blended coffee, staff looked at each other and then said they were out of coffee. I suspect from the other reviews staff don’t want the hassle of blended coffee as this seems to be a pattern and it felt like an inorganic response. It was evident staff wanted to be in the back talking amongst themselves and did not want to service customers as our entire visit felt like an inconvenience. We will not be returning and would urge others to avoid a business that treats you like a burden. Also, our filled donut was almost completely empty (see photo)."
