"Awesome selection of whiskies, whiskey based cocktails, and a super knowledgeable bartender. The waitress was exceptionally accommodating when taking care of our large party. The only downside was the automatic large party gratuity. I had planned on leaving more, but have always disliked being told what to tip. Just a personal dislike, nothing to do with the staff, food, and drink here. 3/21/24 update The service, food, and drinks continue to impress! Best part of the visit was the bartender remembered us and my previous comment about the large party gratuity...poof, our previous one was subtracted from this bill. Great way to keep customers loyal and coming back!"
"We ordered the philly cheesesteak and the Mac & Cheese. Our server did her best, but the kitchen was backed up and the food took over an hour. Once the food arrived, the fries were cold/soggy and the cheesesteak was okay. The Mac & cheese came out way undercooked and the noodles were still hard. The server at least took care of our meal and tried her best to make it right."
"We came as part of a larger group. The server did her best but was set up to fail by the kitchen. I had the club and the bacon was definitely undercooked and the fat wasn't even rendered down. The sandwich bread was still soggy from too much butter/oil and not enough time on the griddle. The sweet potato fries tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. The grilled cheese wasn't even fully melted. We had undercooked chicken straps as well I our group. The GM and executive chef were willing to listen to my concerns, but we're still sending out undercooked bacon and we're frying food with a pot, because yes fryers were broken, instead of just 86ing fried food. Overall, the server didnl her best, but the food was terrible. The drinks were pretty solid."
"Came here with a buddy and wanted to see the big dude burger that they use in the challenge. No one had a picture, but the server asked the kitchen and they ended up making it for us just to see. It was very good and if you eat it in 7 minutes it's free."
"Jeff is an amazing bartender! Great drinks and good food. Can’t beat the drink selection and the creativity of the bartender to try new things! I LOVE THIS PLACE! 12/10 totally recommend"
