"This morning I received a promotional email from Fazoli's, because I have their app on my IPhone and we've eaten there numerous times in the past. They were advertising a free regular order of spaghetti and meatballs if you order another meal. We had some shopping to do in Ankeny anyway, so off we went. I ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs and Pam, the ravioli and a salad. I ask for extra marinara sauce with the spaghetti, as you can see from the second photo. Both of our meals were clear off the charts in deliciousness, we left totally stuffed and satisfied, actually weren't even hungry for dinner tonight. I've eaten a lot of pasta over the years and have found what I believe are the two best sauces ever. one made by my wife Pam and the other, Fazoli's. I've learned by experience it's a waste to even try it anywhere else. Sorry, I almost forgot to mention how wonderfully hot and tender those delicious breadsticks were. We've always had excellent food and service at this Fazoli's Ankeny location, but today was without a doubt the very best ever, which I attribute in large part to Nathan our server, we found him to be very polite, accommodating and helpful. Pam and I give this Fazoli's location a four thumbs up recommendation."
"Service was slow, and when we received our food mine was like warm and my wife's chicken was ice cold. We didn't receive bread sticks with our meal and had to go ask for them. The dining area was filthy, garbage and food on the floor. This will be the last time I go to this Fazoli's, possibly any Fazoli's again. Most likely just going to stick to Olive Garden."

"Whenever I’m traveling I love stoping at places where I know I can get good comfort food at a fair price. My stop today was above and beyond my typical stop and it was due to one person in particular. I met Demi when I placed my order and several times afterwards when she’d stop by to offer breadsticks (yummy!) or to check that everything was good. Demi, thanks to you everything was PERFECT!! I hope to see you again soon as my travels continue. Sorry about the photo being taken after I had started eating, it looked and smelled so good I just had to dive in!"
