"Love the coffee and food. Was in recently and asked for light ice for my venti matcha latte and they put so much ice in there I barely got any drink. The picture is BEFORE I took a drink. And no it’s not a slanted cup. Also I enjoy the nice employees but sometimes they talk way too much in the morning and I just haven’t woken up yet haha"
"Been coming here for years as part of our weekly Target run. There has always been ups and downs with the staff. Currently it is at a low. Staff had been getting more and more rude. Drinks are not consistent and when asking for a remake they have admitted to deviating from the recipes. Their must be a management or training issue. I cannot remember the last time a stand alone Starbucks made a drink that was wrong."
"I was there around 11:20 AM on Sunday. Three young women were working. Unbelievably rude and condescending because I asked if they had a food item. A simple response would’ve sufficed, but instead I was met with hostility. I understand having a bad day or maybe I was the 20th customer to ask about this same item, but there is no reason to treat customers so poorly and as if they are inconveniencing you because they simply are patrons of your coffee shop. Training regarding customer service or reallocating this staff to not be customer facing should be considered. Super disappointed."
"on 12-14-2020 at 5:30 pm I stopped by for a seasonal cup a coffee and the lady that made mine is the worst employee I've encountered at starbucks one it tasted like hot chocolate two i ordered a venti and it was 2-3 inches from the top and I don't think it was a venti avoid this starbucks if possible"
"I love how the associates interact with the customers, they are very friendly and respectful while being fast pace. I love ordering from this Starbucks. Always gets my order right and the store is always clean! Highly recommend and will be back tomorrow!"
