"Took my ring here to get resized last week. Staff was friendly but not helpful on choosing the right size. My ring ended up being too small (they said they sized it to a 6 but it’s a 4.5) and is now bent - really upset and disappointed with the outcome. Planning on taking it elsewhere to be repaired."

"Not happy at all. The lady was rude when I dropped my engagement ring off to get sized. She was not very helpful with sizing at all. The ring is still loose and has noticeable flat spots now. I haven’t even worn it since getting engaged and it looks ruined. Will have to go somewhere else to have sized again and hopefully get the flat spots and scratches out."
