The two installers, Ronnie & Robbie, did a great job with communication and were able to install my new garage door with no issues at all. "I have had to call WD door over the years on many occasions. Between my parents moving several times, myself as well, we’ve had a host of updates to garage doors and WD has come through every time. My latest was replacing both garage door units for wireless ones. Our technician Jarrod was amazing. Stayed to make sure everything was programmed and working as designed, took the time to walk me through the app, and all of the safety features, given that I have a young child and a dog. He was so patient with answering my questions. Today, my parents, garage door randomly won’t close. Once again, WD to the rescue. I would highly recommend this garage door company to anyone that asked!"
